I have discovered that as we go through our own metamorphosis in this life of ours... It is important to believe (really believe) that "Who you are is enough." I owe tremendous gratitude to one of my beloved teachers for bringing this to *light* for me. Thank you Mike for your wisdom. I hear these words as a mantra that finds its way into my mind and my heart on certain days where I might question if what I'm doing or how I'm doing what I'm doing is... "enough."
As a wife, as a mom, as a business woman and passionate individual, as a daughter/sister, as a wife, as a friend... who I am is enough. And... who you *are* is enough as well.
Always Zenhopeful,

For ZenHopeful's first post, I'd like to give a nod to one of my favorite Zen Masters... my sister, Rachelle.
Even though it's been nearly 7 years since she passed away, I am in "wonder" of how each and every day I continue to learn from this very special "teacher" of mine.
May we each strive to live in the mindset of "eternal student" and honor the teachers who join us at varying points along our journey through life...
I love you big sister... each and every day... more deeply, more wisely.
